Grant by Symon le Mareschal, and Roys' his wife, daughter and one of the heirs of Richard de Dyepeden, formerly "Brevetar" of Holy Trinity, London, to William de Haveringe, butcher, and Gonilda his wife, for 10l., of the messuage and buildings thereon that descended to Roys' on the death of her father, in the parish of St. Botulph without Alegate, situate as described, the extent being specified in iron ells of King Edward; paying therefor yearly 4s. to the prior and canons of Holy Trinity. Witnesses: Sir Ralph de Sandwich, knt. then Warden of London, Ralph le Blund and Hamo box, then sheriffs, Sir William called "Aynnel" then prior of Holy Trinity and alderman of the said ward, and others (named) Middx. 20 Edward I
