Quitclaim from Richard Hyde of Ipsden, Oxfordshire, esquire, to John Yateman of Milton, Berkshire, gentleman, and William Yateman, his father, of the remainder of an indenture of lease, dated 1 October 1626, of a capital messuage or farm called Sutton Farm, with all the demesne lands, in Sutton Courtenay, Sutton Wick and Wickfield, Berkshire, for the term of 11 years, for annual rent of £174 19s in the first year and £234 10s in the following ten years. On dorse, witnesses: Thomas Clempson, Richard Burron, William Curtyn and Richard West.
