Enfeoffment by William Everard of Gateley, Norfolk, to Margaret, his wife, Thomas Everard junior of Gateley, and John Bowman of Testerton, Norfolk, of a built messuage and 5 acres of land, meadow and pasture (location specified) in Gateley, which had previously been granted to Edmund Clubbe and Simon Everard of Gateley, deceased, in a charter dated 1 January 1455, by John Hoo and John Rooper, both of Great Ryburgh (Ryburgh Magna), Norfolk; he further grants to the same, four pieces of arable (details specified) in the field of Gateley, which had previously been granted to William Gryce of Brisley, Norfolk, deceased, in a charter dated 15 March 1467, by Thomas Farwell of Testerton, John Eyr, clerk, and John Clyfton of "Tostris". Dated at Gateley, with seal attached.
