Description:

Indented grant by Randolph le Maynwaryng [Mainwaring] and Margery, his wife, to Richard de Bulkyley [Bulkeley], son of Richard de Bulkyley, of Cheadle [Cheshire], of all the lands, rents and tenements that they hold for the term of Margery's life in Middlewich, Newton near Middlewich, Occleston, Tetton, Sutton and Petty Hall [Cheshire] (details of lands and tenants given). Richard shall retain these for the life of Margery, on condition that Randolph and Margery keep possession of the lands and tenements granted to them for the life of Margery by Richard le Vernon and Hugh Mon, chaplains, in Whatcroft, Timperley, Church Hulme (Hulme iuxta Davenport), Middlewich, Newton by Middlewich, Sutton by Occleston, Little Stanthorne and Occleston [Cheshire]. Witnesses: Thomas le Grosvenour [Grosvenor] and Richard de Wynynton, knights, Hugh le Venables of Kinderton, William le Venables of Kinderton, Laurence le Warayne, Robert de Wynynton, Henry de Ravenescroft, and others.
