Files of the Secretariat and Planning Unit of the Property Services Agency (PSA), which dealt with corporate planning, management reviews, organizational structure and the effects of new legislation on PSA, as well as providing secretarial functions to the PSA Board, PSA Management Group and PSA Regional Management Board.

The files in this series contain minutes and papers of these and other important board meetings. There are also papers relating to particular sites or projects, eg Chatham Dockyard.
