Journal of the Frederikswaern HM hospital ship moored off Copenhagen, for 27 August to 30 November 1807 by Thomas Evans, Acting Surgeon.

Folios 1-2: Walter Morris, aged 17, boy; disease or hurt, complains of cough, attended with loss of appetite, purulent expectoration and great prostration of strength; taken ill, 10 September 1807 off Copenhagen; died 10 October 1807 at about 10am.

Folio 2: Lieutenant N. Poyntn; disease or hurt, complains of sore throat, on closer examination an ulcer was perceived evidently of a venereal nature; taken ill, 12 September 1807 off Copenhagen; discharged cured 6 November 1807.

Folio 2: Nathaniel Phillips (received from the Surveillante); disease or hurt, fever; taken ill, 28 August 1807; returned to his ship on 31 August 1807.
