The reception papers and council documents are papers from sessions of the Council, given numbers in chronological order of receipt. |

The United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration was set up on 9 November 1943 to organise measures of relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction during and immediately after the Second World War. Originally forty four nations were members. UNRAA distributed relief supplies, and provided relief services to assist economic and agricultural rehabilitation. It also provided camps, personnel and food for displaced persons. |
