Charles Davies, shoemaker, and his wife Patience Anne Shipman (an infant), by said Charles Davies her next friend. v. Rachel Griffith, widow, Henry Bowen, yeoman, and his wife Mary, John Bowen, yeoman, and his wife Hester.: Last will and testament and the value, &c. of the possessions of Morgan Shipman, of Aberhavesp (Montgomery), gent. (grandfather of the plaintiff Anne), and of his son John Shipman, of same place, gent. (late husband of the plaintiff Patience, late father of plaintiff Anne, and brother of the defendants Mary and Hester); said estate including messuages or tenements, &c., called Pentre Drayne, &c., situate in the township of Trefeen, in the parish of Kerry (Montgomery), heretofore the inheritance of Hugh Evans, and messuages, &c., called Derwen Rhyddwr, in the parish of Beguildy (Radnor), &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Richard Rocke, late of Trefnanney (Montgomery), Esq., Vavisor Griffiths, late of the parish of Beguildy (Radnor), clerk, and Wm.
