Hale Wortham, gent. v. Tabitha Brown, John Nabbs and his wife Elizabeth, Lewis Cockram and his wife Mary.: Manor of Bacons in Triploe (Cambridge), of which Wm. Knight, Esq., was sometime lord, and afterwards James Wortham, gent., who devised the same to Mrs. Sarah Winder, who, after the death of said James Wortham, entered thereon, and was owner or reputed owner during the term of her natural life, and after her decease (about 1726) the plaintiff entered thereon, and is owner or reputed lord thereof at this time. Touching lands in Triplow, formerly held by Wm. Pease, late of Triplow, and Saml. Please his son, sold by said Wm. Pease to John Brown, late of Triplow, and lands in Triploe, formerly held by Frances Curtis, of Lenton (Cambridge), and then by John Curtis Mayling, of Royston, who sold the same to said John Brown. All said lands being now in the defendant's possession. Quitrents out of said lands claimed by the plaintiff as due to said manor, &c., &c.: Cambridge
