John Reeve, of Toppesfield, Joseph Reeve and James Reeve, sons of Jonathan Reeve, late of Bocking, by Elizabeth his wife, one of the daughters of Jeremiah Reeve, deceased, the said Joseph Reeve and Jas. Reeve being infants, by the said Elizabeth, their mother and prochein amy, John Reeves, of Boones, and his wife Elizabeth, and Robert Baynes. v. Thos. Baynes, John Baynes, Wm. Baynes, Chas. Gibbs and his wife Mary, Elizth Baynes, Jonathan Reeve, and John Morley.: Last will and testament and estate of Jeremiah Reeve, of Bocking (Essex), gent. (late father of the plaintiff Elizabeth, and grandfather of the defendant Thos. Baynes), said estate including the manor of Fenns, situate in Bocking, in the occupation of the defendant Thos. Baynes, a messuage, &c., called "Willoughbys," in Bocking, in the occupation of John Webb, a messuage or inn called "the Red Lion," with four acres of land in Bocking, in the occupation of John Holmes, &c., &c.
