Daniel Cook v. Rebecca Ellingham, widow, and her son Thomas Ellingham.: Leasehold and personal estate of Thomas Ellingham the elder, of Eaton Bray, in the county of Bedford, gent. (grandfather of the defendant Thomas and of Elizabeth Worster, the plaintiff's wife), claimed by the plaintiff in right of the said Elizabeth his late wife, by virtue of a deed of gift and bargain and sale purporting to bear date the 16th of June, one thousand six hundred and ninety-one, &c., &c. Said estate includes meadow ground in Stainbridge, in the parish of Leighton Bussard, in the county of Bedford, said to have been purchased by said Thos. Ellingham the elder (the grandfather) of John Iremonger, lands called Wrenswick, in Stanbridge, a manor and four closes in Stanbridge, the manor of Morrells, in Stanbridge, &c., &c.
