Efforts to secure the help of the Pakistani authorities in halting the flow of emigrants from the country who were arriving in Britain with false papers. Account of a ring of Pakistani civil servants who were arrested for stealing passports from within the High Commission in London. Details of a meeting between the High Commissioner and the Home secretary James Callaghan in May 1968 concerning Enoch Powell's 'Rivers of Blood' speech and the state of race relations within the country.
