These papers deal mainly with questions arising from the public consultation process in connection with town and country planning and highways proposals. Formal minutes have not been kept, but notes of meetings may be found occasionally with the papers.
For the years 1966 to 1977 (BL 7/1-89), papers relating to the same subject were brought together for each year. In some cases addenda have been associated with the papers to which they refer, and in other cases they will be found in the listing under the heading Addenda and cross-referenced.
