  • Louis Horst, or Baron von Horst: question of his release on grounds of US nationality.
  • Alfred Brodmann, detained at Handforth, Cheshire; subsequent report of liberation and that he was residing in Ashton on Mersey.
  • Dr Wilhelm Kobbe, detained on SS Canada, off Ryde, Isle of Wight.
  • Detention of Germans in England in violation of agreement: includes eight forms of enquiry for individual prisoners, Max Bering, Dr Gothein, Otto Grosse, Dr Henry Heinemann, Dr Walter Kain, Kurt Richard Mehmert, Franz Schier, and Dr Ernest Simon.
