The Low Carbon Buildings Programme (LCBP) Phase 1 provided grants for the installation of microgeneration technologies in a range of buildings to include households, community organisations, public, private and the non-profit sectors. The programme was managed for the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform - BERR (later by the Department of Energy and Climate Change - DECC) by the Energy Saving Trust. |
