The Traditional Building Skills Bursary Scheme is a partnership between English Heritage, The National Trust, Cadw, ConstructionSkills and the National Heritage Training Group to establish and deliver a £1.2 million Traditional Building Skills Bursary Scheme throughout England and Wales. The Heritage Lottery Fund contributed £900,000 to the scheme.
