STREAM is a £1 million four-year conservation project centred on the River Avon and the Avon Valley in Wiltshire and Hampshire. STREAM is supported financially by the European Commission's LIFE-Nature programme. Natural England is working with project participants the Environment Agency, Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust and Wessex Water. The UK River restoration centre provides technical advice and support to the project.
