Details and Outcome: Includes four clinical charts, three pathology reports, showing no tubercle bacilli detected, one X-ray report, showing several foreign bodies present in difference places, Post Mortem Notes and Summary of Coroner's Inquest. Patient wounded, 30 June 1915. Condition on admission described. Wounds improving by 2 August 1915. Operation performed 14 August 1915. Leg treated with massage. Teeth extracted under anaesthetic, but patient died afterwards, despite attempts to resuscitate him, 20 Octoer 1915. Post mortem held 21 October 1915. Verdict of inquest given.
