Condition/Injury/Disease: Tetanus and Gunshot Wound. Details and Outcome: Patient received rifle bullet wound from a sniper in shoulder and back on 26/09/1915 at Loos. Tetanus began 11/10/1915 with stiffness in jaw which patient attributed to a heavy blow on the jaw before gunshot wound received. Patient died 15/10/1915. Includes three medical case sheets.
