Printed prize appeal from the High Court of Admiralty.

Captured ship: Jonge Ruiter (master Jan Dirk de Ruiter).

Nationality: Papenburg.

History: bound from Tremblade "on adventure", laden with salt; taken on 7 April 1807 by the privateer Caesar (Robert Harrison commanding), and brought into Plymouth.

Appellant: The captor.

John Hall merchant of London on behalf of the master.

Bound printed appeal with manuscript decree of 13 July 1809 (folios 467-478).

Decision: against the appeal.
