Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a bomb wound to the abdomen and left leg. Patient was bombed in hospital at Etaples whilst lying sick from an old head injury. Under course of treatment patient had foreign body removed from calf. Further details given. Discharged on seven days sick furlough 17/08/1918. Contains next of kin address.
