Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with shell shock and loss of memory. Patient's Battery was 'blown out of action' 22/10/1916 at Flers. Upon re-joining Unit on 05/01/1917, patient's Battery was blown up once again. Under course of treatment patient underwent several sessions of suggestion treatment. Further details given. Discharged to Woodcote Park Convalescent Hospital, Epsom 08/03/1917. Outcome not stated. Contains transcript of patient's remarks as he relives the events leading up to his hospitalisation during several sessions of suggestion treatment.
