Condition/Injury/Disease: Fractured Finger. Details and Outcome: Patient admitted suffering with a comminuted fracture of the first phalanx of the right ring finger. Injury sustained by accident at St John's Wood Barracks when hand became trapped between gun and [a wall]. Under course of treatment patient underwent X-ray of ring finger and was fitted with a splint. Further details given. Discharged on ten days leave 09/12/1916.
