Grant by Sir Edmund Rous to Philip and Mary of the manors of Shulford and Medegrove [Medgrave], Kent, an annuity of £40, a debt of £600 owed to Rous by Thomas duke of Norfolk, and a debt of £420 payable in Ireland owed to Rous by Robert Custarke, Bryan Johns, Gerard earl of Kildare, Giles Clynkan, Richard Pepparde, Alexander Clyfforde, John Dericke, John Nangle, and John Parker, in consideration of which the king and queen will acquit Rous of a debt of £3420.
