Condition/Injury/Disease: Gunshot wound of buttock; Gas gangrene. Details and Outcome: Patient wounded 25/04/1915, received gunshot wound of left buttock passing through right buttock. Ailments listed: pain of buttcks, abdomen and right thigh, abdomen distended and rigid, diarrhoea. Operation, incision made in right buttock, fluid and gas drained. Abscess developed in buttock.
