Details and Outcome: Includes clinical chart, diet sheet and X-ray photograph. Patient wounded 22/04/1915 at Neuve Chapelle; injury described as severe flesh wound. X-ray report revealed piece of shrapnel near right clavicle. Condition on admission at Bristol described; head of humerus also thought to have been injured. Operation performed, 04/05/1915; bullet removed. Wound almost healed by 12/05/1915. Transferred to subsidiary hospital, Clevedon, 13/05/1915. Discharged to duty.
