Condition/Injury/Disease: Tetanus and Gunshot Wound. Details and Outcome: Patient received gunshot wound to right shoulder 15/08/1915. Attended hospital in France. Twitching of arm began 17/08/1915 and tetanus began 18/08/1915. Sent to Boulogne 25/08/1915. Underwent operation to remove foreign body but none found. Patient died 25/08/1915.
