Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 17 March 1852 requesting advice on various points for the information of the Luton Local Board regarding certain proceedings for the election of members to the Board, voting rights on certain ratepayers, and as to Board members going out of office. In reply the Board provide procedural guidance on this subject. |
