The Trunk and Principal Roads Administration (TPRA) was the headquarters unit with administrative responsibility for highways matters handled by divisional road engineers. TPRA was established in 1971 and ceased to exist at the end of 1973 when it was absorbed into Highways Management Division. Its sister division Trunk and Principal Roads Engineering (TPRE) had responsibility for highways engineering matters and existed for the same period. |
