Major projects were run by the Chief Projects Officer (CPO) and then by the Director of Projects (DoP). For a time the CPO and the DoP worked concurrently, until 1988 when the DoP took over all projects. The CPO and the DoP were responsible for specifying procedures for management control and reporting of projects. |
