Folios 100-101. John Sharpe to [Duke of Newcastle] updating him on [Jacobite] trials heard in the cases of Alexander Grant, volunteer in Glengarry's Regiment and George Law, Chaplain to Stonywood's Regiment. Sharpe reports that Grant surrendered on the Duke's Proclamation and he was acquitted without the jury hearing any evidence.
