Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to W E Goodacre, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mansfield Poor Law Union, acknowledging receipt of his letter of 6 January 1865 which refers to the proposed emigration to New Zealand of Samuel Taylor and his wife Jane Taylor. The Board requires the guardians to complete the enclosed form [not included] with details of how the emigrants are to be conveyed to their destination.
