Crime: Parker and Southcombe: Burglary from the house of Mr Clouter. Lee: Housebreaking from the property of Elizabeth Ewins. Initial sentence: Death commuted to transportation for life. Annotated (Outcome): Refused 18 September 1827. Petitioner(s): Parker and nine other signatories. Lee and 13 others. Southcombe and 13 others. Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): First offence; repentant; parents much grieved. Other papers: Letter from R Hart Davis MP forwarding the petitions.
