Folios 211-212. Workhouse inspection form from Robert Weale, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner, reporting on his inspection of the Mansfield workhouse. The form includes details of medical provision, management of the school, the vagrant wards etc. It is noted that due to a depression in trade the numbers in the workhouse have risen from 201 in 1846, to 453 in 1847.
