Inspection of Parochial Union Schools Form XXII. Teaching Certificate from the Committee of the Council on Education awarded to Benjamin Hibbut, Schoolmaster, based on the inspection by H G Bowyer, H M Inspector of Parochial Union Schools, on 20 October 1861. The certificate show the board's estimate of the candidate's qualifications and the sums allowed from the Parliamentary Grant for teachers.
