Draft letter from AW Peel [Arthur W Peel], Secretary to the Poor Law Board, to J Lowndes [Joseph Lowndes], Clerk to the Guardians of the Wolstanton and Burslem Poor Law Union, regarding the Workhouse Inspection Report from Andrew Doyle and ask whether the suggestion of Bowyer [Henry Granville Bowyer, H M Inspector of Workhouse Schools] for sending the children in the workhouse to the new schools belonging to the Stoke Poor Law Union board has been considered by the guardians, and if so, their decision.
