Description:

Folios 645-647. Workhouse Inspection Report Form from John T Graves, Inspector, to the Poor Law Board, reporting his inspection of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union Workhouse on 28 June 1860. It notes that there are 80 inmates in the workhouse, arrangements for vagrants, and that all is generally satisfactory. A copy of Mr Campbell's entry of 28 June in the visitors' book is attached.

Entry in the visitors' book by Campbell, Commissioner in Lunacy saying that he has inspected the insane and lunatic paupers and they appear harmless and properly taken care of.
