Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, acknowledging receipt of his letter of 29 March 1867 regarding the proposal to increase the salary of Thomas Bradley, Medical Officer for Wolverley District, from £53 10s per annum to £70 per annum from 25 March 1867. The Board wish to be informed of the reasons for the proposed increase.
