Responsibility for personnel in Royal Parks and special buildings rested with the Directorate of Establishments, from 1962-1970 in the Ministry of Public Building and Works and for one year in the new Department of the Environment. Within the Department, responsibility fell to respectively, the Directorate of Personnel Management, Establishment Personnel Division 4, 1971-1972, and the Directorate of Personnel Management, Establishment Personnel Division 2, 1972-1974. |
