Catalogue description Office of Works: Proposed Westminster Boulevard: Correspondence and Papers

This series contains correspondence and papers in connection with a proposed private bill to construct a boulevard from New Palace Yard to Eaton Square, Westminster, under discussion between 1865 and 1874. Copies of the plans and an associated book of reference were sent to the Office of Works by the promoters of the bill. The book of reference is among the papers in this series, but the plans do not appear to survive.
