Description:

Captured ship: La Sérionne of Boulogne (commander Michel Duchesne).

History: a French privateer (50 tons, 81 men), bound from Boulogne on a cruise; taken on 31 October / 11 November 1746 off Portland by HMS Jamaica (Marriot Arbuthnot commanding), and brought into Portsmouth.
