Captured ship: St Laurent (master Jean Jacques Masser).

History: a French ship (50 tons, 8 guns, 10 men), bound from Alexandria to Tripoli; taken on 17/28 July 1744 off Castelrosso by the privateer Ruby (Robert Saunders commanding), and brought into Zante.
