Description:

Captured ship: St Andreas otherwise St Andries (master Caspar Sellenten or Sellentyn or Sellentein) of Stettin.

History: a Prussian merchant ship, bound from Seudres to Ostend, laden with salt; taken on 10/21 April 1748 by the privateer St Michael (George Cunningham commanding), and brought into the Downs.
