Folio(s) 20-21. Draft private out-letter to the Duke of Marlborough [Lord Lieutenant of Oxfordshire] from the Home Secretary at Bulstrode [Buckinghamshire] alerting him to the fact that, with the encouragement of his colleagues in Government, he intended to release for publication in the newspapers the official letter sent to the Duke of Marlborough regarding the present state of the corn market. He reassured the duke that the postscript would be omitted.
