Folio(s) 77-78. Workhouse Inspection Report Form from John T Graves, Assistant Poor Law Commissioner, to the Poor Law Commission, reporting his inspection of the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union Workhouse on 6 May 1847; includes details of medical provision, management of the school, the vagrant wards etc.

He commented that 'a porter has recently been re-instated' [see 9589/B/1847]. He concluded 'Apparently a well constructed and well managed workhouse'.

Annotated: send letter asking for 'particulars of arrangements for the relief of vagrants' described'.
