Folio 200. To: Home Secretary. From: Frederick Illingworth, Churchwarden and Summoning Officer, Idle, [Yorkshire]. A letter informing the Home Secretary that the Local Government Act 1858 was adopted in the part of the Township of Idle not within the District of the Windhill Local Board at a meeting of owners and ratepayers for that place on 14 June 1864. Illingworth also informs the Home Secretary that the meeting agreed that the Idle Local Board under the Act should have 9 members. |
