Captain Isaac Coffin, the Thisbe, Spithead. The barricados on the quarter deck have been taken down, and replaced by iron stantions for the hammocks. Asks for an order for the Portsmouth Officers to supply the iron rods, to reeve through the stantions, which are more secure than rope. |
