Folio 35. To: Robert Munn, Bacup [Lancashire]. From: The General Board of Health. A draft letter. The Board acknowledge the receipt from Munn of a petition of ratepayers in Rochdale praying on the General Board to not send their inspector to hold an inquiry in Bacup with regard to adopting the Public Health Act 1848 there.
