Captured ship: Vrouw Esther Cornelia (master Hans Momse).

History: a Dutch merchant ship (162 tons, 10 men), bound from Stangate Creek to Bordeaux, in ballast; seized on 22 December 1780 at anchor at the Nore by HMS Conquistador (James Orrocke commanding), and brought into Sheerness.
