Captured ship: Einigkeit (master Philip Petersen).

History: a Danish merchant ship (22 or 24 commerce lasts, 5 men), bound from Drontheim [Trondheim], Norway to Liverpool or Nantes, laden with tar; taken on 20 September 1780 in latitude 57°47'N, longitude 7°10'W [in the Hebrides] by the privateer Alexander (Thomas Potter commanding), and brought first into the Isle of Man and then into Falmouth.
